Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to serve as the primary technical and product expert for the Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive technical expansion by partnering with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during renewal and upsell processes
  • Maintain expert-level understanding of the platform, architecture, and API capabilities to address complex customer inquiries
  • Design and validate complex technical solutions, including robust API integrations for customer systems
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant or Technical Account Manager
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape
  • Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs
  • Passion for becoming a subject matter expert on complex software platforms
  • Experience in a post-sales or expansion-focused role is preferred
