Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant to serve as the primary technical and product expert for the Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical expansion by partnering with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during renewal and upsell processes
- Maintain expert-level understanding of the platform, architecture, and API capabilities to address complex customer inquiries
- Design and validate complex technical solutions, including robust API integrations for customer systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant or Technical Account Manager
- Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape
- Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs
- Passion for becoming a subject matter expert on complex software platforms
- Experience in a post-sales or expansion-focused role is preferred
