Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant & Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical sales process in Europe, including discovery, trial design, and closing
- Manage post-sale relationships, ensuring customer onboarding, adoption, and growth
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product requests and drive net dollar retention
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in European power markets as a trader, trading analyst, or in a technical role
- Deep understanding of European electricity market dynamics and commercial decision-making
- Experience with APIs and data management, including independent data interrogation and presentation
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple trials and accounts simultaneously
