Solutions Consultant, Data Insights

Job Summary

To support customers in understanding and applying compensation data, the full-time remote Solutions Consultant, Data Insights will manage compensation advisory conversations, diagnose data quality issues, and translate compensation data into actionable insights for HR and executive stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support customers in pricing jobs, benchmarking roles, and managing internal equity
• Diagnose and address data quality issues and advise on appropriate data sets and market pricing strategies
• Translate compensation data into compelling narratives that resonate with HR, Finance, and executive leaders

Required qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience in compensation, compensation consulting, or data-driven advisory roles
• Deep understanding of compensation benchmarking and market data interpretation
• Strong ability to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience engaging with senior HR and Finance leaders
• Proven ability to influence decisions through insight and credibility
