Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market - West Coast, to support their sales team in demonstrating the value of their customer service software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions with customers to understand their processes, requirements, and challenges
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and design teams to support prospects and customers
- Engage in business, strategy, and ROI-based discussions to communicate the benefits of the software
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Consulting role in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record in sales engineering or solution consulting in a SaaS business, preferably in Customer Service, Support, or CRM platforms
- Ability to work as part of a team and step into leadership roles when necessary
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong time management skills
- Enormous initiative in advocating for customer needs and finding the right solutions
