Solutions Consultant (Pharma Focus)

Job Summary

To support the adoption of Qualio's platform, the full-time Solutions Consultant (Pharma Focus) will engage with prospective and existing life sciences customers, demonstrating the value of the AI-driven compliance solutions while training sales and customer success teams, all within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of customer workflows to demonstrate how Qualio's solutions can transform operations
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the benefits of Qualio's compliance solutions
• Train and enable sales and customer success teams on industry trends and product features to enhance customer engagement

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS/AI-native pre-sales and/or Quality Management role within life sciences
• Solid understanding of GxP frameworks, 21 CFR Part 11, and ISO 9001, with pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
• Hands-on familiarity with AI applications in business processes
• Proven ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including C-level stakeholders
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively
