Solutions Consultant, Pharmacy
Job Summary
Serving as a Subject Matter Expert, the full-time Solutions Consultant, Pharmacy will lead pre-sales engagement activities, support sales teams, and ensure effective positioning of community pharmacy solutions to independent pharmacies and buying groups in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead value-based presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs
- Support sales teams by providing consultative guidance and developing training materials
- Engage with buying groups to enhance solution positioning and capture customer insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales support, or related roles
- Experience in pharmacy, PBM, healthcare services, or related industries preferred
- Demonstrated experience presenting to large customer groups or buying groups
- Deep understanding of solution selling and value-based presentation techniques
