Job Summary

Partnering with Account Management to deepen customer relationships, the full-time remote Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales will act as a technical and financial subject matter expert, conducting product demonstrations and resolving complex ERP integrations for Commercial and Mid-Market customers.

Key responsibilities
  • Demonstrate new Ramp products and features to existing customers, building business cases for expansion
  • Evaluate customer requirements for expansion opportunities through use-case analysis and technical scoping
  • Act as a technical advisor, guiding integration and configuration decisions while troubleshooting ERP and integration blockers
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or fintech
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
  • Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Comfort with APIs and system architecture, with the ability to explain these concepts to stakeholders
  • Experience in running product demonstrations and translating technical capabilities into business value
