Job Summary
Partnering with Account Management, the full-time remote Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales will act as a technical and financial subject matter expert, conducting product demonstrations and resolving complex ERP integration challenges to enhance relationships with existing enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate new Ramp products and features to customers, building business cases for expansion
- Evaluate customer requirements and design best-fit architecture, guiding integration and configuration decisions
- Influence product roadmaps by channeling customer feedback and advocating for integration development
Required qualifications
- 4+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role in SaaS or fintech
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
- Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience running product demonstrations and translating technical capabilities into business value
- Strong collaborative mindset, effective in cross-functional environments with Account Management and Product teams
