Solutions Consultant with CJIS Compliance

Job Summary

Supporting sales teams during the pre-sales phase, the remote Solutions Consultant with CJIS Compliance will leverage deep product knowledge to develop solutions for enterprise SaaS products in public safety, ensuring accurate representation and effective transition to post-sales delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales teams by applying product expertise to customer discovery and solution development
• Prepare and deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases and workflows
• Contribute to deal strategy discussions by identifying solution strengths and limitations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Computer Science, Public Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-7+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or sales engineering roles
• Experience with enterprise SaaS products, preferably in public safety or regulated environments
• Strong AI literacy, including familiarity with generative AI and AI-assisted workflows
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage pre-sales responsibilities for assigned products
