Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager / Senior Manager of Solution Consulting to lead a regional team of Solutions Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants, focusing on talent development and career growth
- Partner with sales teams to support customer opportunities and provide strategic solutions on high priority deals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and strategies while driving operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- 6-10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar presales role
- 2-5+ years of people management experience
- Strong track record in supporting enterprise deals and delivering customer engagements
- Experience with complex system design and enterprise architecture fundamentals
- Familiarity with AI concepts, data architecture, and modern SaaS platform technologies
