Solutions Consulting Readiness Manager
Job Summary
Leading the demo readiness function, the remote Solutions Consulting Readiness Manager will own the DemoHub platform and reusable asset catalog, ensuring high-quality demo experiences that accelerate enterprise deals while managing a distributed technical team.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle of the DemoHub application, including roadmap prioritization and adoption measurement
- Manage and curate the reusable demo asset library to ensure quality and relevance
- Lead the creation of interactive demos in collaboration with Product Marketing, translating product releases into customer-facing narratives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, technical product management, or sales engineering roles within enterprise software
- Strong expertise with Appian application design, including SAIL and process models
- Demonstrated product management experience, including roadmap ownership and release management
- Proven leadership experience managing and coaching technical teams across distributed locations
