Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Delivery Consultant to join their Government Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee program participation activities including intake, application review, and incentive processing
• Develop and maintain accurate internal and external reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and enhance the customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Ideally located in Ohio, Arizona, Indiana, Florida, or Pennsylvania
• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree
• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, customer service, data analytics, and/or business operations
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
