Job Summary

Driving successful client delivery, the fully remote Solutions & Delivery Director will oversee complex technology engagements, build executive-level client relationships, and lead strategic solution development and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Delivery Director for multiple client accounts, ensuring quality and satisfaction across advisory and managed services engagements
• Lead new business development efforts by conducting strategic workshops with clients to identify challenges and technology opportunities
• Provide leadership oversight for project execution, resource management, and financial performance while mentoring delivery team members

Required Qualifications

• Strong consulting delivery experience with a proven track record in business development
• Experience in managing complex technology engagements and cross-functional delivery teams
• Executive-level communication skills, particularly with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
• Ability to develop tailored solution strategies and proposals aligned with client objectives
• Experience in financial performance monitoring and account management
