Solutions Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading new client launches, the full-time remote Solutions Delivery Manager will manage the implementation process from intake through post-launch transition, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the implementation process from initial intake through launch and transition to Client Success ownership
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and workflows to ensure client launches meet success criteria
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand client needs and drive accountability for timely completion of launch activities

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in project management, implementation, or solution delivery, preferably in digital health or healthcare
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple complex client implementations or cross-functional projects simultaneously
• Strong client-facing presence with experience facilitating discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from planning to execution and post-launch review
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet is preferred
