Job Summary

Managing the solution delivery process, the full-time remote Solutions Delivery Manager will ensure the seamless execution of innovative solutions from post-deal-close to first revenue while coordinating with service delivery and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the solution process from post-deal-close to first revenue
• Account for driving solution outcomes while managing customer-facing and internal coordination related to delivery and implementation
• Facilitate the transition of solutions to support with thorough documentation for longevity

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in post-sales implementation of complex technical projects
• Ability to act as a technical gatekeeper within the sales organization
• Strong customer-facing project management skills with high expert presence
• Understanding of cloud services and infrastructure proficiency
• Experience in translating technical notes into documented customer solutions artifacts
