Solutions Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Solutions Design to support the growth of its Supply Chain offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to align solution development with win strategy and maintain effective communication
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations that articulate value propositions and proposed solutions
• Collaborate with sales leaders to research industry and customer needs, shaping win strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or Journalism
• Five or more years of experience in a similar role, coordinating activities across functional teams
• Experience in a Third Party Logistics (3PL) organization is a plus
• Project Management experience is a plus
