Solutions Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Design Manager (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional teams to align solution development with win strategies and project milestones
• Calculate labor, equipment, and facility requirements for transportation and warehousing designs, and develop cost models
• Write and develop compelling proposals that articulate value propositions and collaborate with sales leaders on win strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
• Eight years or more in the Transportation or Warehousing/Manufacturing industry
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Extensive knowledge of transportation and warehouse design tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau
