Solutions Designer

Job Summary

To support the design of medium to high complexity projects, the full-time remote Solutions Designer will translate design intent into buildable, scalable solutions while ensuring quality and feasibility in prefab designs.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate risks related to profitability and constructability while ensuring clear communication with downstream teams
• Develop project-specific drawings and specifications, coordinating with external design and construction teams to ensure integration with architectural documents
• Optimize solutions for gross margin performance and labor efficiency, collaborating with Project Executives and Estimating to align cost assumptions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in assembling construction documents for interior architecture projects
• Proficiency in design and BIM tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks
• Strong understanding of design and construction processes, including prefabrication methods
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
