Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Designer I to support the development and delivery of Population Health EMR-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements and prepare technical specifications in collaboration with ISD teams
Manage project planning and tracking, addressing barriers and providing status updates
Consult on existing solutions with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree required
2 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 1 year with a Master's degree in project management, process improvement, or EMR experience
Experience with Epic or another EMR system
Knowledge of clinical operations, patient care, or population health
