Solutions Development Architect

Job Summary

To support the design and proposal development of client-facing technology solutions, the remote Solutions Development Architect will manage technical discovery sessions, create Statements of Work, and ensure accurate documentation while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions to gather project requirements and develop scalable infrastructure solutions
• Create and maintain Statements of Work, ensuring clarity and alignment with client goals and project timelines
• Manage cases through the Salesforce workflow, providing updates and coordinating peer reviews with internal teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or related technology roles
• Strong experience in developing SOWs, technical proposals, and project scoping documentation
• Hands-on knowledge of data center infrastructure and structured cabling
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management systems
• Ability to interpret technical documentation such as floor plans and network diagrams
