Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Development Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the contracting process by identifying business terms and developing contract exhibits
• Coordinate RFP responses, ensuring quality and customization of solutions across service lines
• Manage pricing models and financial analysis to support sales negotiations and mitigate risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience, with sales experience preferred
• Strong background in Operations, particularly in IFM or Portfolio Strategy
• Proven leadership experience in complex roles
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to develop creative solutions
