Job Summary

Driving revenue growth in a remote environment, the full-time Solutions Development Principal will lead client engagement teams, leverage industry relationships, and develop comprehensive outsourcing solutions for clients in the Commercial Real Estate sector.

Key responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and develop a strong pipeline of prospects and close new business
  • Lead client pursuit teams to create and contract comprehensive outsourcing solutions tailored to client requirements
  • Execute negotiation strategies and manage contract negotiations to maximize profitability while mitigating risk
Required qualifications
  • 15+ years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in commercial real estate or outsourcing solutions
  • Demonstrated success using structured sales processes and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce
  • Extensive experience in real estate operations and outsourcing account relationship management
  • Exceptional track record in developing opportunities and closing deals with global, Fortune 500 companies
  • High emotional intelligence to manage client relationships and deliver win/win outcomes
