Solutions Director

Job Summary

Focusing on AI innovation and enterprise solutions, the full-time remote Solutions Director will craft and position tailored solutions for clients, lead pre-sales engagements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to develop client partnerships through AI innovation
• Act as a subject matter expert on AI and technology, identifying client challenges and defining tailored solutions
• Lead pre-sales engagements, crafting proposals and pitches that effectively communicate AI and technology capabilities

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, preferably in consulting or pre-sales
• Hands-on experience with solution architecture, cloud platforms, and AI-native software engineering practices
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Strong understanding of AI, data pipelines, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Demonstrated success in engaging with executive-level clients and leading solution design discussions
