Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Enablement Lead, AdTech/Programmatic.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Solutions Enablement team to unify deal and supply integration functions
• Manage major partnerships and ensure successful technical integrations and business value delivery
• Build and scale a high-performing team while fostering collaboration and developing scalable processes

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AdTech, with knowledge of programmatic advertising and ad serving technologies
• 3+ years of people management experience, preferably in technical or solutions teams
• Proven track record in managing complex enterprise partnerships and technical integrations
• Strong understanding of privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) relevant to ad tech implementations
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority initiatives
