Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Solutions Engineer, the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in healthcare data and payer-provider negotiations to support clients in navigating healthcare pricing data, while driving product adoption and contributing to the data product roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary expert for customers, translating their data and reporting needs to the engineering team
• Educate clients through various channels, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to utilize products effectively
• Collaborate with product and data engineering teams to enhance product development based on customer feedback

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare data, including revenue cycle, claims, or interoperability
• 3+ years of experience in payer-provider managed care contracting
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modeling and large-scale data processing
• Experience with visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and customers
