Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer to provide technical guidance and support in a client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and their capabilities
- Engage with clients to assess their technical landscape and assist with onboarding and implementation
- Support sales teams by addressing technical questions and enhancing presentations with product knowledge
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably in the SaaS or education technology sector
- Strong background in IT and/or network administration, including familiarity with Active Directory and Mobile Device Management
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in consulting, solution architecture, or professional services is highly preferred
