Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer III.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical demos, support, and troubleshooting to overcome barriers in the sales process
• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to address and resolve customer issues and requests
• Install and manage Proof Of Concepts (POC) while ensuring an excellent customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales and customer support
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Experience in creating and maintaining high-quality documentation
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships
