Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer responsible for implementing project work in the Professional Services department.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating project milestones with project management, clients, and internal teams
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client technical needs
• Document technical work for client billing and ongoing support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer-related field or equivalent education/experience
• Must obtain one of the specified certifications within 180 days of employment
• 4-5 years of experience in Information Technology, with 1.5-2 years as Specialist II preferred
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts
