Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer responsible for implementing project work and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in communicating project milestones and maintain client satisfaction
• Consult and collaborate with project managers and clients to implement technology solutions
• Document technical work and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer-related field or equivalent experience
• Must obtain one relevant certification (e.g., AZ-305, CCNP) within 180 days of employment
• 4-5 years of experience in Information Technology, with 1.5-2 years as Specialist II preferred
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts
