Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer for the Northeast region, working remotely from NYC or Boston.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to solve technical problems and close high-velocity opportunities
• Deliver product and technical presentations while providing ongoing feedback to internal teams
• Collaborate with the Sales team to communicate the company's value proposition and enhance customer success

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of technical pre-sales experience, preferably with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote-first environment with an international team
• Technical mindset with a desire for growth and problem-solving
• Self-motivated and creative, with a willingness to take initiative
• Located in the East Region of the United States
