Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support customer success and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Join recurring customer calls to understand their business processes and technical environments
Build, integrate, and optimize customer service automations using a Visual Flow Builder
Manage technical support responses and escalations to ensure timely issue resolution

Required Qualifications

Strong organisational and project management skills
Experience building automated process flows
Experience working with APIs and developing integrations
Coding experience in Python and/or Node.js
2+ years of experience within the SaaS industry (preferred)
