Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build POCs and MVPs to demonstrate product capabilities during the sales cycle
• Lead live-building demo sessions tailored to customer use cases
• Run technical discovery calls to identify customer needs and automation opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 1+ year in a senior technical customer-facing role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Solutions Consulting)
• Strong experience with gathering requirements and designing solutions
• Proven experience with automation tools and a solid grasp of SaaS platforms
• Working knowledge of APIs and webhooks
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
