Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support and scale their voice AI platform for enterprise customers in the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
• Provide bespoke support and architect solutions for customers and prospective customers
• Create technical enablement resources and build self-service tools for customer implementation

Required Qualifications

• Passion for AI, technology, and the company's products
• Strong technical background to assist customers in integrating solutions
• Experience working with customers in any capacity, including student clubs or side projects
• Proficiency in Python and understanding of software development and architecture
• Ability to identify patterns for standardization and scaling
