Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to design, demonstrate, and deliver enterprise solutions on their ITSM platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and solution validation for enterprise prospects
• Guide customers through platform setup, configuration, and integration during onboarding
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle and conduct training sessions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role within a SaaS or ITSM environment
• Strong background in ITSM platforms, monitoring/alerting, or workflow automation
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem)
• Hands-on experience with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and light scripting (Python or PowerShell preferred)
• Experience integrating enterprise systems and managing multi-tenant SaaS environments
