Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their Solutions team and support technical pre-sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to deliver exceptional pre-sales experiences, including tailored demos and technical deep dives
• Own technical validation by addressing complex questions regarding platform capabilities and integrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and create scalable assets like demo environments and technical documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role at a SaaS company, preferably in ecommerce
• Familiarity with Shopify and ecommerce tech stacks is a major plus
• Experience with APIs and webhooks is preferred
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, both technical and business-oriented
