Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to provide technical guidance and support to sales and customer experience teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and their capabilities
• Engage with clients to assess their technical landscape and support deployment plans
• Assist pre and post sales teams with technical questions and enhance presentations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably in the SaaS or education technology sector
• Strong background in both business acumen and technical expertise
• Experience in IT and/or network administration, including knowledge of Active Directory and Mobile Device Management
• B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
