Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer II to lead the technical delivery of solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop best-practice configurations and solution designs for customer deployments
• Manage customer technical assets and ensure successful solution adoption
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers on applying technical solutions to meet their business objectives

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA degree; MBA preferred or equivalent experience
• 3+ years managing SaaS software solutions within enterprise organizations
• Experience with frontend or backend development is a plus
