Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored live and virtual product demonstrations of the platform
• Build and maintain a library of demo materials reflecting real-world customer scenarios
• Conduct discovery calls and workshops to understand customer processes and design impactful demos

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of the Clinical Research Industry and operations of Clinical Research Sites
• Experience in creating demo content or working with software solutions
• Background in clinical research roles such as Clinical Research Coordinator or Clinical Trial Manager

• Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences
