Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer - Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Customer Success Managers to configure and validate integrations during onboarding
Act as a technical subject matter expert, explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Investigate and resolve integration and data issues using APIs and SQL

Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of APIs and their functionality
Comfortable with SQL and basic database configurations
Experience in a customer-facing technical or implementation role
Highly organized and collaborative in a cross-functional environment
Experience supporting enterprise customers with complex technical environments is a plus
