Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to lead technical workstreams and customer implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales demonstrations and technical discovery calls with prospective customers
• Gather requirements, design solution architectures, and build flow diagrams for customer implementations
• Manage implementation project timelines and provide status reporting to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Strong technical expertise
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Proficiency and experience in web APIs
• Four years or more of professional experience, two or more years in Fintech/Payments preferred
• Experience using web API tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Apollo Studio
