Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to support the design, configuration, and delivery of product and platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design of scalable system architectures and configurations across enterprise platforms
• Prepare and maintain system documentation and support compliance reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment with architectural direction and business goals

Required Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of enterprise platforms (CRM, CMS, ERP, eCommerce, analytics)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical solution delivery or platform configuration
• Bachelor's degree preferred or a high school diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Lucidchart
