Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their team, focusing on product, engineering, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the front-line technical partner for customers, assisting in integration and scaling with onchain products
• Create technical content, including documentation and tutorials, to enhance onboarding and developer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve SDKs, APIs, and integration processes based on customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• Experience in engineering, technical product roles, or developer success, preferably in startup environments
• Ability to write light code and debug integrations
• Familiarity with DeFi, crypto protocols, or financial APIs is a strong plus
• Comfortable operating autonomously and engaging with customers in technical settings
• Strong understanding of user journeys and friction points in product integration
