Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to conduct discovery and understand customer pain points
• Deliver tailored demos and solution walkthroughs aligned to prospect use cases
• Support Implementation and Customer Success by delivering targeted demonstrations during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar presales role in an enterprise software company
• Strong preference for relevant industry experience working with MedTech, pharma, or life sciences
• Experience working with SaaS platforms that use REST APIs and/or webhooks
• Exposure to regulatory affairs processes such as submissions, registrations, and lifecycle management
• Background supporting global regulatory teams or RA or QA software
