Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for customer adoption and integration of their platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales conversations with customers
• Guide customers through solution design, API integrations, data migrations, and system configurations
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance product adoption based on customer feedback

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a full-stack developer
• Familiarity with technologies such as Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL, Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq
• Understanding of privacy, security, and compliance in healthcare software
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong focus on delivering results and overcoming obstacles in a fast-paced environment
