Job Summary

A company is looking for an Upmarket Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing and architecting next-generation communication solutions; conducting demonstrations and proof of concepts for prospective customers
• Leading solution design, selling activities, and RFQ/RFP response and preparation
• Building and sharing competitive intelligence while collaborating across multiple boundaries to drive the company's vision

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience in collaboration technologies and 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles
• Demonstrated business acumen, executive presence, and SaaS collaboration sales experience
• In-depth knowledge of traditional voice communications systems and AI-capable applications
• Ability to present technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences
• Able to mentor team members and thrive in high-growth environments
