Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer 1 to develop and optimize fulfillment solutions and pricing strategies within supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customized fulfillment solutions integrating software, pricing, automation, and facility flow
• Optimize facility layouts and process flows to reduce costs and improve pricing competitiveness
• Engage with prospective customers to understand their fulfillment needs and propose optimized solutions

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in solutions engineering, industrial engineering, or a related supply chain field
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment, warehousing, and material flow optimization
• Experience with cost modeling and pricing strategy
• Proficiency in data analysis and optimization tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.)
