Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer | DX.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical evaluations and drive all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and Pilots
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand client needs and design tailored technical solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and capturing technical feedback for product enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Exposure to programming (Ruby/Rails preferred) with a solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services
• Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with SQL
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and branching strategies
• Strong organizational skills to manage technical follow-ups across multiple opportunities
