Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sales and business development by analyzing customer load data and managing financial models for distributed energy projects
• Design and evaluate distributed energy resource (DER) solutions for commercial and industrial customers
• Prepare technical analyses and visual materials for client presentations and provide customer support for technical issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 4+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in energy systems design and 2+ years in a customer-facing role
• Experience in energy storage dispatch modeling and financial modeling for distributed energy projects
• Deep knowledge of energy storage, solar, and other distributed energy resources (DERs)
• Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into technical requirements
