Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer (Technical Services) to design and implement database-driven, AI-enabled workflows for a healthcare SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement database-driven operational workflows to automate data processes and reduce manual intervention
• Partner with solution architects to translate technical designs into scalable production systems with appropriate monitoring and security measures
• Leverage Microsoft Azure services to create modular, version-controlled solutions that support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of production experience in SQL, C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Strong relational database design, scripting, and query optimization skills
• Experience integrating AI or LLM services and familiarity with frameworks like Semantic Kernel or Copilot Studio
• Proven ability to build scalable solutions in ambiguous environments
• Experience with Microsoft Azure ecosystem and CI/CD pipelines
