Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their team and assist Enterprise customers in managing performance and employee growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to identify business challenges and align solutions with customer needs
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for prospective customers
• Support customer onboarding and act as a trusted advisor to HR executives on performance management initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Consulting, or Customer Success at a SaaS company
• Strong knowledge of HR processes related to talent development and engagement
• Understanding of enterprise SaaS systems, preferably HRTech software
• Technical proficiency with SaaS integrations, including APIs and HRIS
• Exceptional presentation skills for engaging both technical and business audiences
